장비안내 고정밀도의 imaging에 요구되는 모듈기판의 패턴을 포토마스크 없이 데이터로부터 다이렉트로 곡면을 가공함으로써 면적에 대한 고성능화 고 정밀도화 되어가는 모듈기판의 고속 가공이 가능함으로써 포토 마스크 제작 프로세스가 불필요함. 또한 다양한 가공 형상을 제작하기 위해 CAD/CAM software를 사용하여 복잡하고 여러 형태의 가공 형상을 가공 할 수 있음.
