장비안내 - Enhanced EFM, PFM, Signal Access Module
- 정전기력을 이용하여 전지적 특성을 측정하는 Electrostatic Force Microscopy로 enhanced EFM, Scanning Kelvin Probe Microscopy (SKPM), Dynamic Contact EFM (DC-EFM) and PFM (Piezoresponse Force Microscopy) mode가 포함되어 있어서 여러 가지 원하는 목적에 맞게 시료의 특성을 측정할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
PFM은 압전감응 상수와 압전 상수인 d33을 정량적으로 측정할 수 있게 해주는 툴로 piezo 특성을 나타내는 물질을 연구함에 있어서 반드시 필요한 module이다. PFM module을 효율적으로 구동하기 위해서는 signal access module(SAM)이 필요한데, 이는 AFM 장비의 input과 output 신호에 손쉽게 접근하고 수정하며, 모니터링을 할 수 있게 해주는 보조장치이다.
