장비안내 본 장비는 생체 내에 존재하는 DNA(유전자)나 단백질과 같은 생화학분자에 대한 연구 수행의 수단으로 사용된다. 연구 방법 중 전기영동 기법을 통해 gel을 통해 분리되어 존재하는 생화학분자 profile을 전자 file의 형태로 전환 시켜 분석하는 원리의 장비이다. 본 장비는 gel 또는 단백질을 이동 시킨 membrane을 눈에 보이는 염색 방법 (Visible staining method) 형광염색 (Fluorescence staining) 형광면역웨스턴( Fluorescence western)방법에 의해 염색한 후 각 염료가 발색할 수 있는 파장의 UV(자외선) White light (백색광) LED light (RGB)을 조사하여 그로 인해 방출되는특정 파장의빛을 감지하여 software를 통해 가시화된 이미지를 만들어 내는 역할을 한다.
