The total AC-2E weight is approximately 90 kg (The light source part: approx. 40 kg the measuring part: approx. 50 kg). It can measure the work function in the range of 3.4~6.2 eV (364 nm~200nm). The deuterium lamp was used as a source of ultraviolet lamp. A large size samples (50 mm square thickness 10 mm) are able to be measured.
장비안내 특징
This equipment can measure contact-free and non-destructive analysis of sample surface in air. Usually large samples and powders cannot be measured in vacuum. However these can be measured by the AC-2E since it measures in air and no vacuum is used. It measures work function and ionization potential by applying variable ultraviolet energy to the surface which excites photoelectron and then measures the photoelectron energy released.
