장비안내 특징
Usual optical heterodyne vibrometers use He-Ne laser or semiconductor laser as a light source. Its resolution is tens of um using lens system. This optical hetrodyne (small) vibrometer is manufactured by enhancing the lateral resolution from combining with the optical system. The precision of the He-Ne laser wavelength in this optical system is stabilized up to 10-18.
