장비안내 ◎ Apreo 2S LoVac은 고급 광학부, 검출, 자동화 기능이 결합된 FE-SEM으로, 다양한 형태의 바이오 시료 및 반도체, 2차전지, 금속 등 나노 기술 분야에 활용됩니다.
- 고분해능의 이미지를 얻을 수 있으며, 절연체나 자성 물질의 이미징도 가능합니다.
- ChemiSEM을 통한 정량 EDS 분석 기능은 다양한 색으로 구분되는 원소 이미징 인터페이스에 의하여 조성 정보를 직관적으로 제공합니다.
- 저진공(최대 500 Pa) 측정 기능으로 챔버를 열지 않고 고진공과 저진공 사이를 원활하게 전환할 수 있습니다.
- 고해상도 이미지 분석은 불가하며, 다목적용 FE-SEM 입니다.

◎ The Apreo 2S LoVac is an advanced FE-SEM that combines high-performance optics, detection and automation capabilities, making it suitable for applications in nanotechnology fields such as various types of bio-specimens, semiconductor, secondary batteries and metals and so on.
- It provides high-resolution imaging and enables imaging of insulating and magnetic materials.
- The ChemiSEM feature allows for quantitative EDS analysis, offering intuitive compositional information through an elemental imaging interface distinguished by various colors.
- The low-vacuum(up to 500 Pa) measurement capability facilitates seamless switching between high vacuum and low vacuum without opening the chamber.
- It is a multipurpose FE-SEM. High-resolution image analysis is not supported.
