장비안내 ○ 나노입자 산란광 신호 측정 및 이미징
- 본 장비는 GUP (Global University Project) 사업의 신임교원 정착지원 과제 ‘3차원 다기능성 나노입자 공정기술 개발’에 필요한 광학 측정/분석 장비로 활용될 계획임.
- 금속 나노입자에서 발생되는 광(플라즈모닉) 산란은 나노입자의 물질, 크기, 주변 굴절률을 반영한 고유 색상을 나타내고, 이러한 색상을 이용하여 나노입자의 위치 추적, 나노센서, 색상가변 메타물질로 응용이 가능함. 따라서 하기의 다양한 기초/응용 연구에 활용 가능함. 특히 고배율 사용 시 100 nm 이하 나노입자 한 개체의 측정도 가능하도록 구현할 계획임.
