구성및성능 1) DeepSee technology is widely used in multiphoton imaging for automated pre-compensation of ultrafast laser pulses for optical dispersion in microscopes, thereby delivering the shortest possible pulses and highest peak power to the sample. This results in significantly enhanced image quality and deeper imaging penetration into tissue in vivo.
2) Full automation : all adjustments necessary are synchronized with wavelength change of the ultrafast laser source.
3) Sufficiently high negative GVD at all wavelengths, even for the highest dispersion systems.
4) Large dynamic range of negative GVD to compensate for all possible objectives.
5) Excellent beam pointing stability
6) Preserves beam quality and parameters of original source.
7) For a given power level, get higher signal.
- Use lower power to penetrate deeper
- Use very low power on live cells, get acceptable signal levels, keep your cells alive longer.

장비안내 상기 제품은 기초과학 및 첨단과학 분야의 광원으로 사용되는 Ultrafast Laser system의 add-on module임. 기 설치된 femtosecond laser에 장착하여, 제어를 하게 되는 시스템임. 이를 통해 기존 Multi-photon imaging 관찰시 잘 안보이던 영역이 훨씬 더 선명하게 보이게 되며, 보다 더 깊은 영역의 샘플도 관찰이 가능하게 됨
