구성및성능 1. Simultaneous Multi-Sample Measurement ; 3 samples
- Two samples by high accuracy mode and three samples by standard mode can be measured simultaneously. you can reduce significant amount of time if you are measuring many samples.
2. Low Pressure Measurement : 1 torr pressure sensor
- The turbo molecular pump and F.S 1000 torr (133kPa) 10torr (1.3kPa) 1 torr (133Pa) Sensor are installed as the standard equipment. This Instrument can measure adsorption and desorption isotherm from extremely low relative pressure range(P/Po=10-7~) to atmospheric pressure. Pore distribution analysis can be carried out by NLDFT analysis and GCMC simulation by Software
3. Vapor Adsorption Measurement (Standard)
- This device is able to analyze water alcohol and other vapor adsorptions. From adsorption and desorption isotherm you can evaluate the adsorption volume specific surface area and pore size distribution.

장비안내 상기의 장비는 흡착 가스를 (질소 아르곤 크립톤 등)매질로 이용하여 물리흡착 및 화학흡착을 이용하며 다양한 종류의 (ITBT세라믹 촉매화학 등)분말 시료의 면적을 입방메터로 구한다. 이와 더불어 측정된흡착량으로부터 다양한 종류의 (IT BT 세라믹 촉매 화학 등)분말 시료의 Porosity 측정하며 상기 이외의 다른 흡착가스(수소 이산화탄소 메탄 등)의 흡착 특성을 평가하는 장비임.
