A parapharyngeal metastasis from primary thyroid carcinoma is rare. We experienced a 75-year-old woman who presented with a mass on the lateral wall of nasopharynx and oropharynx. Biopsy from the nasopharynx revealed papillary carcinoma of thyroid and the patient was treated by palliative radiation.
