It is prerequisite to figure out problems based on work attendants specifically and practically to develop our facility safety management system which is very weak in security to prevent accident due to passive treatment according to legal obligations, lacking management budget, and professional personnel. Accordingly, this study carried out safety management condition by means of direct visitation to supervisory institution attendants who are responsible for practical guidance, supervision and management responsibility. The suggested result can be utilized as a main reference to improve facility safety management in terms of policy and institution.
