Abstract
Elderly patients are more vulnerable to grade III and above complications after laparoscopic total gastrectomy than nonelderlypatients. Great care should be taken to prevent and monitor the development of anastomosis leakage in elderly patients afterlaparoscopic total gastrectomy.
