The purpose of this study is to provide foundational data for establishing policies related to enhancing revisit intentions by strengthening the authenticity of domestic temperate forests. To achieve this goal, the structural relationships among authenticity, values, satisfaction, and behavioral intentions were analyzed. The survey targeted tourists who visited Wando Arboretum, and a total of 309 surveys collected from October 9th to October 11th, 2021, were utilized for empirical analysis. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0, involving frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The data analysis revealed that authenticity significantly influences both healing value and environmental value, each comprising two factors. Additionally, it was found that only environmental value significantly impacts satisfaction. Lastly, satisfaction was identified to significantly influence behavioral intentions. Through the outcomes of this study, the relationships among authenticity, values, satisfaction, and behavioral intentions were clarified based on prior research. Particularly, it was noted that developing various programs utilizing the distinctive and diverse resources of temperate forests to further enhance the ecological environment and connect healing values to satisfaction is crucial for fostering behavioral intentions to revisit.
