In this study, we analyzed the digital literacy teaching and learning plan. and the videos of the teaching practicum science classes conducted by elementary school preservice teachers who experienced the‘PLC Protocol for Cultivating Digital Literacy Teaching Competencies’ developed by the Teacher Learning Community (PLC). In addition, the level of digital literacy of elementary students who participated in these teachers' classes was examined through a survey. According to the results, the preservice teachers identified digital tools suitable for teaching and explored and developed digital content based on their experience with PLC protocols. In addition, they demonstrated their digital literacy teaching competencies by sharing digital technology with students, providing customized digital learning opportunities for students, and encouraging class participation through collaborative tasks.
