Research Purpose: This study aims to identify academic research trends and explain major research topics in order to establish core tasks and strategies of IoT technology in cold chain logistics. Research Methods: This study employs bibliometric methodology, encompassing descriptive analysis and keyword co-occurrence network. We examine 390 pertinent journal articles retrieved from the SCOPUS database and generate a visual map of interconnected research topics using VOSViewer. This map will help you identify clusters and potential interdisciplinary connections. Results in Research: Descriptive observations offer insights into research progress by year, countries' contributions, and keyword statistics. The analysis of the keyword co-occurrence network unveiled five major research clusters, including "RFID-Enabled Cold Chain Logistics: Ensuring Quality and Safety," "Cold Chain Logistics powered by IoT technology," "Blockchain for enhanced Cold Chain Logistics," "IoT-enabled Industry 4.0 innovations," and "Revolutionizing Cold Chain Logistics: IoT-Enabled Smart Solutions."
