Abstract
We prepared a copper sulphate (CuSO4) micro formulation. which consist of curdlansilicanetwork structure containing CuSO4. Physical properties of the micro formulations werecharacterized using Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR). CuSO4 micro formulations consist of Si-C, C-H, O-H bonds, and their particles sizeare about 1 μm. In vitro experiments, the micro formulations were confirmed their mycelial growthinhibitory concentration (Effect concentration EC50, 90) against Phytophthora cpasici and Botrytiscinerea. The EC50 and 90 values for P. cpasici by the micro formulations were 29 and 250 ppm. alsoEC50 values for B. cinerea by the micro formulations were 886 ppm, respectively. There is no damagein plants treated with 500 ppm CuSO4 Micro formulation. however the plants treated with 200ppm CuSO4 solution were detected some phytotoxicity phenomenon.
