Although the existing teaching materials introduce comprehensive metal material theory and damage mechanism, there is a lack of materials that focus on the metal material theory and damage mechanism related to hydrogen damage. Therefore, in this study, various metal material theories related to hydrogen damage were organized, and various damage mechanisms related to hydrogen were systematically organized. The purpose of this research develop a materials matrix data for preventing hydrogen damage to help the selection of materials for hydrogen-related engineers. Hydrogen industries are expected to expand rapidly in the future. This matrix data will prevent loss of life and property due to material selection errors.
