With the development of global information society and digital technology, tourism resources, as the carrier of cultural representation, are liberated from the tangible or intangible static state and presented in a new visual way. The way of local cultural understanding in the process of tourism is changing from directly watching images or objects to completing cultural experience through digital technology. This paper, taking the Xunji Luoshenfu as an example, discusses the role and influence of digitization of resources and immersive performance on cultural tourism from four aspects: multi-dimensional display of cultural connotation, immersive space perception, immersive performance and interactive experience through case study, questionnaire survey and semi-structured in-depth interview. The research found that; first, digital display and immersive performance have certain advantages in multi-dimensional display of local cultural content, immersive space perception, immersive performance and interactive experience.
