The main purpose of this study was to find out the causal team commitment, affective loyalty, leisure identity and regional identification of social baseball participants empirically. To do this, 370 effective sample data was selected using purposeful sampling of social baseball participants who live in Gwangju and Chonnam area. The questionnaire used in this study consists of a total of 45 items;　2 items of demographic characteristics, 6 items of team commitment, 6 items of affective loyalty, 11 items of leisure identity and 20 items of regional identification. Exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach''s α, correlation analysis, and simple regression analysis in SPSS 23.0 FOR Windows statistical package is used and the results are presented as follows: Firstly, the study showed that team commitment had a positive effect on leisure identity. Secondly, the study showed that team commitment had a positive effect on regional identification. Thirdly, the study showed that affective loyalty had a positive effect on leisure identity. Fourthly, the study showed that affective loyalty had a positive effect on regional identification.
