The aim of this study is to identify the relationship among sports facility design satisfaction, physical environment, consumer satisfaction, and flow degree of sports participants in sports center. For this, 197 people are selected from 5 sports centers using convenience sampling method. Multiple regression analysis in SPSS 23.0 FOR Windows statistical package is used and the results are presented as follows: First, movement-line, safety, and functionality factors have a positive influence on operational satisfaction. And safety, movement-line, and harmony factors have a positive influence on service quality. Second, movement-line and functionality factors have a positive influence on cognitive flow. And functionality factor has a positive influence on behavioral flow. Third, accessibility & price and facility environment factors have a positive influence on operational satisfaction. And accessibility & price, facility environment, and human service factors have a positive influence on service quality. Fourth, accessibility & price and human service factors have a positive influence on cognitive flow. And accessibility & price factor has a positive influence on behavioral flow.
