Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the use of ‘syntagmatic relation predicate’ according to the ‘syntagmatic elements’ in grammar textbook, and to interpret the grammar educational meaning of the results. To this end, ‘Language and Media’ textbooks according to the 2015 Korean Language National Curriculum were used to extract sentences in which ‘syntagmatic elements’ and ‘syntagmatic relation predicate’ appear, and then ‘co-occurrence’ was statistically confirmed through loglikelihood ratio. As a result, the co-occurrence list of ‘syntagmatic elements’ and ‘syntagmatic relation predicate’ was extracted. And based on this, the aspects of using ‘syntagmatic relation predicate’ and the grammar educational meaning were discussed both in macro and the micro level. In addition, we also discussed how the ‘syntagmatic relation predicate’ should be used in elementary grammar education.
