This research was to develop a care information service app for the dementia patient’s family and verify the validity of the developed app. The development proceeded in the ADDIE order of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation stages. Results: Expert’s app evalua？tion were of the interface designs, the highest score was at 3.87 ( ± 0.35), while of the technology securities, the lowest score was at 3.07 ( ± 0.46). User’s app evaluation were of the interface designs, the highest score was at 3.64 ( ± 0.49), while of the technology securities, the lowest score was at 3.24 ( ± 0.60). Conclusions: It is proposed to encourage utilization of dementia patient’s families in medical institutions and communities and to conduct research and evaluation on future management services through continuous enhancement of contents and application management.
