In this paper, we analysis the acquisition and tracking of L1 C/A signal on GPS receiver, do the research on GPS signal capture principle''s foundation, and do the simulation of the GPS signals capture process for it’s realizing and analyzing. The simulation result, we can confirm this method''s accuracy and the feasibility, and see that the improvement of a satellite receiving ability has the very vital practical significance.
