Abstract
While Prior study has examined ways of increasing customer satisfaction and their associated additional outputs, extant research have overlooked the organizational communication and trust for employees’ job satisfaction. This research investigates the structural relationship between organizational communication, organizational trust, relational culture, and job satisfaction. Data from the human capital corporate panel of 256 employees in the service industry support our hypothesis that organizational communication enhances the organizational trust and job satisfaction. In addition, organizational trust showed that partial mediation effects of organizational communication on job satisfaction. Finally, relational culture has a significant impact on moderating the relationship between organizational trust and employee’s job satisfaction. Based on empirical results, relational culture amplifies to boost employees’ job satisfaction through organizational trust. If services organization enhance effort of relational culture, employees are actively acceptance of their job which having trustworthiness.
