The Effects of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Job Performance Ability of Female Employee in Bakery Company: Focusing on the Busan Area Bakery Company

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to verify and identify the factors that could improve job performance of female bakery employees and that could increase the productivity and organizational efficiency according to job characteristics. The result of the path analysis through the structural equation model was as follow: First, as the result of first hypothesis, the wage level and work environment had a significant (+) effect on job performance ability, However, since human relationships and job description did not have no significant effect, they were partially adopted. Second, as the result of second hypothesis, the organizational commitment of female bakery employees had a significant (+) effect on job performance ability, normative commitment, and emotional commitment. since the maintenance commitment had a significant (+) effect on job performance ability, they were accepted. These results showed that providing a fair work environment for female bakery employees and ensuring an appropriate wage level for them could make them fully display their performance abilities. Therefore, this study emphasizes that the mutual considerations between managers and female employee based on various communication and problem recognition ways in job performance can improve attachment of organization and work performance ability, the common goals for both bakery and female employees.
