This research aims at examining the contents of the Ordinance on Human Rights of the Student in Gwangju Metropolitan City(OHRSG) and some issues which might be raised in the process of implementation. OHRSG is the most advanced Students’ Human Rights Ordinance in Korea because there is no restriction to the rights of the student. Any limitation of students’ human rights has to be regarded as a violation of constitutional law and Convention on the Rights of the Child(CRC)
