Abstract
The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of fun factors in triathlon courses of physical education colleges on class satisfaction and intention to continue sports. To achieve the research goal, 230 students majoring in physical education at College D located in the metropolitan area were recruited to collect first data, and a total of 215 questionnaire sheets except for 15 that were considered poorly answered were used for the research analysis. The collected data were electronically processed using Win/SPSS 20.0 Ver after data-coding, with frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Based on these purpose and methods, the conclusion were as follow. It is considered that fun factors in triathlon courses of physical education colleges play a significant role in class satisfaction and intention to continue sports. Therefore, it is required to make specific efforts for improvement of class satisfaction and continuous commitment to sports by considering students’ psychological elements or different methodological aspects, encourage them to be interested in classes, and let them experience fun and satisfaction.
