This study aims to analyze the problems of global logistics that are faced in on-the-spot business activities by Korean manufacturers doing business in the Dalian area. The results of questionnaires given to the Korean manufacturers in Dalian covering global logistics barriers are analyzed statistically by a factor analysis. The factor analysis shows that the companies have difficulties in the areas of ''returns'', ''bureaucracy'', ''purchasing'', and ''production & marketing''. It is necessary to construct the management systems of a regional coexistence to surmount problems of global logistics. In the near future, this study has to be developed to consider the priority and importance of these barriers.
