Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the influence relationship between tourist attitude according to the tourist selection attributes and perceived image for the summer resort area in Kijang city. The results of the study showed that, first, the hypothesis 1(the tourist destination selection attribute will have a significant impact on the perceived image). summer resort area condition, the summer resort program, the summer resort area convenience, the transportation of the resort all had a significant influence. Second, the hypothesis 2(the tourist destination selection attribute will have a significant impact on the tourist attitude) were found to be significant in the summer resort area conditions, the resort facilities, summer resort area convenience. however summer resort area program was rejected. Third, the hypothesis 3(the perceived image of tourist destination will have a significant impact on the tourist attitude). Convenience image and valuable images were shown to be significant. However food images and environmental images were rejected. The implications of this study are that the excellent natural environment and scenery of the Kijang City are attractive as summer resort area. However, it is suggested that the marine leisure facilities should be expanded because the play culture that the vacationer can enjoy in the resort is insufficient.
