This study analyzes the relationship among leader's qualification, leader's role, and leader satisfaction after the enforcement of Anti-bribery and Graft Act(Kim Young-ran Act) recognized by the parents of university sports teams. So, this study attained the conclusion as follows. First, the factors such as character qualification and lead skill as leader's qualification had a significant effect on plan practice and absolute direction as leader's roles. In addition the factor such as lead skill as leader's qualification had a significant effect on analysis management as a leader's role. Second, the factors such as character qualification, specialist qualification, and lead skill as a leader's qualification had a significant effect on lead satisfaction as a leader satisfaction.
