In order to meet the interest and desire for beauty because of factors like economic growth, rapidly-changing cultural life, and increase of women's social activity, the beauty area is gradually specialized. On the time point when the Nail art is more highlighted to modern people pursuing the beauty and individuality through mass media, the selection of color trend is very important for the development of Nail art design. This study utilized the Nail tips with high responses in the market so far while it is still rare to find the researches for the development of Nail tip design suitable for the trend. Thus, the objective of this study is to suggest the planning/direction of Nail design suitable for modern women by developing the Nail tip design in accordance with the analysis on the 2017 F/W trend of Pantone. Regarding the research method, based on the five design concepts and five color trends in literature materials like technical books and domestic preceding researches, total 25 Nail tip designs(five tips each) were developed. Therefore, this study is expected to be used as a standard for suggesting the direction of diverse Nail tip product designs that are currently distributed.
