A Study on Change Of Value on the Functional Variety of ‘Dangsin' This study aims at finding out the types of functional and valuable changes on the word ‘Dangsin' which has been used until now since it appeared in the 16th century for the first time. The result of this study was arranged in short as follows. Dangsin has been affirmed to go through the change of indicating object from the 18th century. From the 16th century when it began to be in use until 17th century, Dangsin had been used only as a pronoun of the third person. In 18th century, it came to retain some function of the second person and the funtion assumed to be regularized in the 20th century. Under these procedures, the indicating objects also had been certified to undergo some considerable changes.
