The study was to examine the Structural Relationship among Sports Convention Event, Perceived Value, Behavior Intention. For this purpose, data were drawn for Adults with experience attending sports convention events from october to december 2017. As the statistical method for this research, the SPSS 18.0 version and AMOS 18.0 version statistical program were used frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation relative analysis and structure equation model analysis in these date. Result of the analysis are as follows. First, event benefits were found to have significant influence on perceived value. Second, event benefits were found to have significant influence on behavior intention. Third, event sacrifices were found to have significant influence on perceived value. Fourth, event sacrifices were found to have significant influence on behavior intention. Fifth, perceived value was found to have significant influence on behavior intention.
