The housing consumption method of Korea has recently been shifted from ‘ownership’ to ‘residence’ while the demand for leasehold is on the rise over the ownership basis and the class of leasehold demand has expanded from low income class to middle class now. With the trend of low interest rate continues for a long term period that the landlords have converted from key money (jeonse) to monthly rent base to display the conversion of lease market quickly into the structure for increasing monthly rend supply together with the decrease in jeonse supplies. Under the situation, the government has prepared corporate-type lease housing system in 2015 and positively undertakes the project in order to enable the private companies to supply the housing for lease with the purpose of stable residence for middle class. In order to expand the participation of private companies, the government renders financial support and tax incentives but it seems to encounter certain limitations to entice them for enthusiastic participation. Therefore, under this study, in order to search for plans to facilitate the corporate-type lease housing project, the facilitation plan has been presented on the basis of questionnaires of experts.
