Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of green MICE service quality on the participants’ evaluation of service quality and their satisfaction, and investigated the difference by the purpose of visit, convention and exhibition. Data were collected from the visitors of Kimdaejung Convention Center in Gwangju from October 28 to November 5, 2017, and finally 481 questionnaires were analyzed. The three dimensions of green service attributes of MICE were identified; communication, servicecape, and venue management. The result revealed that communication, servicescape, and venue management affected on total evaluation of service quality in convention group, while servicescape and venue management affected on total evaluation of service quality in exhibition group. It was also found that venue management affected on satisfaction in convention group, while servicescape and venue management affected on satisfaction in exhibition group. It was confirmed that total evaluation of service quality affected on satisfaction in both convention and exhibition groups.
