Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of internal marketing on job stress and organizational commitment in casino industry. Prepared questionnaires were distributed to 350 sample employees working in a domestic casino and then a total of 324 questionnaire were used for data analysis. This study was processed by carrying out internal consistency method, exploratory factor analysis besides frequency analysis, multiple regression analysis using SPSS Win 19.0. The results of this study are as follows: First, education/training, internal communication among the factors of internal marketing have a negative effect on the role conflict among the factors of job stress. Second, commission of authority among the factors of internal marketing has a negative effect on the role ambiguity among the factors of job stress. Third, internal communication, commission of authority among the factors of internal marketing have a positive effect on affective commitment and continuance commitment in the organizational commitment. This study will be able to contribute to raising the satisfaction of employee and performance of casino industry.
