The study was to examine the structural Relationship among The leader of a dance company's ethical leadership, the member of The Dance Company's Organizational Trust and Loyalty. For this purpose, data were drawn from 227 member of dance company from 20 dance companies. As the statistical method for this research, the SPSS 15.0 version and AMOS 7.0 version statistical program were used frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation relative analysis and structure equation model analysis in these date. Result of the analysis are as follows. First, The leader of a dance company's ethical leadership was found to have significant influence on the member's organization. Second, The leader of a dance company's ethical leadership was found to have significant influence on the member's trust. Third, member's organization was found to have significant influence on the member's trust.
