This study aimed to examine how physical capital and rejection sensitivity may mediate the relationship between social-cultural influence and disordered eating behaviors in female university students. 572 female students in Gwangju were participated in this research. The results were follows: First, a structural model of a partially mediating role of physical capital was hypothesized and tested regarding the relationship between social-cultural influence and disordered eating behaviors. Second, a structural model of a partially mediating role of rejection sensitivity was hypothesized and tested regarding the relationship between social-cultural influence and disordered eating behaviors. Third, a structural model of a partially mediating role of rejection sensitivity was hypothesized and tested regarding the relationship between physical capital and disordered eating behaviors. Fourth, the structural model was hypothesized and tested. The implications of this study were that the variables regarding disordered eating behaviors investigated may be able to be used to create a model to help female university students with disordered eating behaviors. The primary limitation and implication for further research of this study were suggested.
