This study proposes a model to optimize a supply chain network for yacht service using particle swarm optimization (PSO). We must upbuild industries and services related to yacht at the same time because yacht is not an end in itself. Therefore, as a way of invigorating the yacht service industry, this paper suggests a method for effectively creating and improving the values of yacht service, by modeling an optimal yacht service supply chain network inclusive of design, research, manufacture, and leisure service.
