Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of trust in supervisor on job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the casino industry. Prepared questionnaires were distributed to 300 sample employees working in domestic casino, then used for data analysis 283. The results of this study are as follows: Firstly, emotional trust has a positive effect on satisfaction of job environment, equitability, work environment. And cognitive trust and behavioral trust have a positive effect on satisfaction of compensation and joint value. Secondly, emotional trust and behavioral trust have a positive effect on affective commitment. And cognitive trust has a positive effect on continuance commitment. This study will be able to contribute raising competitiveness of casino corporate.
