This study focused on the seeking developing plan for Gwangju world cultural festival through the checking difference of satisfying level, repetition intention and recommendation intention by the reflecting level of local characteristic of festival. This study was done both literature and empirical test. For empirical test, on-spot investigation by questionnaire was done from Oct. 15 to Oct. 19 in 2011. Home coming guests after visiting 18th world Kimchi cultural Festival at main gate were the research population. 593 questionnaire were collected from total of 600 distribution, 547 questionnaire were used for analysis. Empirical study showed that the awareness of the reflecting level of local characteristic of festival has positive impact on satisfying level, repetition intention and recommendation intention. The study implies that local characteristic will be strongly reflected with other efforts to enhance satisfying level, repetition intention and recommendation intention of Gwangju world Kimchi cultural Festival as a conclusion.
