This study aims to examine how the effects of satisfaction with educational travel on revisit and recommendation intention differ through positive analysis and based on these findings, suggests proper implications. First, with regard to satisfaction factors of educational travel, five factors were identified through factor analysis: accommodation facilities, programs, operational plans, novelty, and educational effect. In order to conduct multiple regression analyses to examine the effects of the satisfaction factors of educational travel on revisit and recommendation intention, this study found that only two of the five factors- operational plans and educational effect- affected revisit and recommendation intention. Furthermore, a multiple regression analysis was performed on both the high satisfaction group and the low satisfaction group to examine differences in the degree of satisfaction. In the group with high satisfaction, operational plans, novelty, and educational effect affected revisit intention, and operational plans, accommodation facilities, and educational effect affected recommendation intention significantly. And in the group with low satisfaction, although operational plans and novelty affected revisit intention significantly, they did not have any such effect on recommendation intention. Also, the Chow-test verified significant differences in the groups.
