The beauty sector is rapidly developing into one of the value-added industries in the spotlight today as income levels rise and living standards improve due to rapid economic growth and industrial development. As a result, the function and role of skin care workers are recognized as important, and technical elements with service and marketing education for customer management and expertise in skin care beyond simple customer response and technology provision are required. This study is a study on the effects of job training on self-efficacy, job commitment, and job stress of skin care managers nationwide, and the results of a survey of 206 people using mobile devices are as follows. Analysis of differences by type of skincare room showed that franchise skincare rooms had relatively higher technical training and job commitment according to sub-factors of job training than individual skincare rooms. As a result of analyzing the correlation according to the type of skin care room, it was found that self-efficacy had a statistically significant correlation with work commitment. It was also found that job training has an effect on the self-efficacy and work commitment of skin care workers. It has been shown that the self-efficacy of skin care staff affects work commitment. Summarizing the above research results, it can be seen that skincare workers with good job training have high self-efficacy, high job engagement, and low job stress. To this end, the skincare office needs to focus more on the skills and service training of the job training and use it to more skincare workers.
