Abstract
This study applied a hair beauty learning module for senior women, focusing on the Implementation and Evaluation stages of the ADDIE model, and analyzed learner satisfaction and expert evaluations of the module’s appropriateness. The learner group consisted of 20 women aged 60 or older who participated in both implementation and evaluation by engaging in two types of learning modules. The expert group included nine professionals with a master’s degree or higher in beauty-related fields and over five years of field experience; they evaluated the module during the evaluation stage. The results showed high satisfaction among learners, especially for practical and daily life–related topics such as scalp and hair care. Experts also positively evaluated the appropriateness of the content and its applicability to senior education. However, they pointed out the need to improve the clarity of learning objectives, the structure of session time, and the inclusion of more hands-on components. Based on these findings, this study suggests improving content structure, developing instructor manuals, and designing hybrid formats that combine digital and face-to-face instruction. Further research should include a broader age range and regional diversity and focus on the long-term educational effects of such programs.
