Abstract
This study was conducted to empirically investigate the correlation between awareness of problematic toenails, symptoms, and interpersonal relationships by implementing problematic toenail management on customers with actual problematic toenails. As a result of the study, in terms of changes in awareness of problematic toenails before and after problematic toenail management, problematic toenail management showed a significant effect in improving awareness of problematic toenails, and problematic toenail management showed a significant effect in reducing symptoms of problematic toenails. In addition, changes in interpersonal relationships before and after problematic toenail management also showed a significant improvement effect. As a result of analyzing changes in interpersonal relationships subfactors before and after problematic toenail management, satisfaction, communication, friendliness, openness, and understanding/sensitivity were found in that order, and it was possible to prove that the subfactors of interpersonal relationships improved after problematic toenail management. In addition, a correlation analysis was conducted to find out the correlation between the recognition of problematic toenails, symptoms, and interpersonal relationships after the management of problematic toenails. As a result, the recognition of problematic toenails was found to have a statistically significant positive correlation with overall interpersonal relationships, and a statistically significant positive correlation with the subfactors of interpersonal relationships, such as satisfaction, communication, understanding, friendliness, openness, and sensitivity. Since this study is limited in terms of region and target, it should not make the error of generalization.
