Abstract
This study was conducted to empirically analyze the relationship between the teaching factors, educational effects, and academic achievement of flipped learning teaching methods in cosmetology major classes that applied flipped learning teaching methods, and to confirm the educational effect of flipped learning teaching methods on cosmetology education. As a result of the study, it was found that among the teaching factors of flipped learning method, the higher the video learning, the role of the instructor, the learning efficiency, and the higher the self-direction, the higher the learning satisfaction and learning transfer. As a result, it can be said that it has been proven that one of the four teaching factors of flipped learning, namely video learning, instructor role, learning efficiency, and self-direction, cannot be neglected. In addition, among the teaching factors of flipped learning method, it was found that the higher the self-direction, learning efficiency, and video learning, the higher the academic achievement, proving that the flipped learning teaching factor induces self-directed learning improvement and improves problem-solving ability. In addition, it was found that the higher the learning transfer, the higher the learning satisfaction, the higher the academic achievement, so it was confirmed that learning transfer is also a factor that increases academic achievement in addition to learning satisfaction.
