Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of service attributes using meeting technology on MICE participants’ overall satisfaction of service quality. Data were collected form October 25 to November 5, 2023 from MICE participants who had attended in online or hybrid MICE in recent five years. The four dimensions of meeting technology service were networking technology, information sharing technology, operational support technology, and commerce & entertainment technology. The results showed that there were significant differences in networking technology and commerce & entertainment technology between convention and exhibition participants. The results also revealed that operational support technology, information sharing technology, and networking technology significantly affected on convention participants’ overall satisfaction of service quality, while operational support technology, information sharing technology, and commerce & entertainment technology significantly affected on exhibition participants’ overall satisfaction of service quality
